   • If not, send them to the GiG student account request form

2. Are you logged into Microsoft/Office 365 with your @wls.edu account

3. What website are you trying to log into?

   • They should be logging into https://sis.wls.edu to register for courses or https://semnet.wls.edu if they have already registered.
     
     

4. Are you using the 'Login with MIcrosoft/Office 365' button to log into the site?

5. Do you have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone?

6. Are you using the step-by-step sign in and registration document?
