Print Job retrieval

Once you have sent the job, where does it go? How do I retrieve it? Is your FOB# in the system? If you have received a new FOB as a new student or returning student probibly not, click here to Submit a Ticket.

There are three 'student' printers on campus.

• Stairwell by Classroom 11
• Library Circulation Desk
• Bookstore common area

Once you have submitted a job. You can go to any one of the printers listed above.

Make sure the screen on the Multi-Function unit looks like this:


Find the sticker that looks like a FOB or ID card.

Tap your FOB to that sticker and the system should log you in. You should then see a screen like this:


Tap the 'Print Release' button on the screen. You should now see a screen like this:


If you have more than one job in the queue you will have the option to 'Print' by selecting that job. If you have only one job only the 'Print All' option is displayed.
