What website are you trying to log into?

They should be logging into https://sis.wls.edu to register for courses or https://semnet.wls.edu if they have already registered.

Are you using the 'Login with MIcrosoft/Office 365365' button to log into the site?

Do you have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone?

Are you using the step-by-step sign in and registration document?
