MacOS Printing (2025)
To start, make sure you're logged into your @WLS account and download the Mac installer for using this link -> PaperCut for Mac.
Once you have downloaded the software, click on the PaperCut Print Deploy Client package.

Click Continue to move your way through the installer.

Click Agree to accept the software license agreement

If you wish to change the installation location you can do so from this window. Otherwise, click install to install PaperCut Print Deploy.

Depending on your Mac, you may be prompted for your fingerprint to continue the installer.

The installer will then continue.

You will have to click allow for the installer to make changes. It will only make changes to items directly related to PaperCut and printing.

Click close, once the installation is successful.

You can click 'Move to Trash' as you won't need the installer.

Once you have completed the installer, you should see the window below. Click 'Sign in with Microsoft' and it should redirect you to verify that you are logged in with your @wls credentials.

If you are logged in with your @wls credentials, you should see the 'All signed in and ready to print' on your browser.

The Print Deploy software should automatically install the printer(s) available to you.

Once the printer(s) have been installed, open Microsoft Word or some other app to print. Use the shortcut of Command-P or select File, Print from the menu. Make sure to select the printer that has (WLS-PS25) behind the name of the printer.

Once you click print, you should be prompted to add your username/password to the Print keychain.

If your print job doesn't show the above screen, check the print queue to verify it isn't saying 'Hold for authentication'. If it is saying 'Hold for authentication', click on the recycle/retry button at the end of the job. You should then be prompted to enter your username and password like in the screen above.
Once you enter the correct username/password, the print job should process and disappear from the queue.

You should be able to verify your print job on any of the printers set up for PaperCut Queue printing. If you do not see your print job on your account or it prompts you to register your FOB to a user, please submit a Support Request with your FOB # and Tech Support will add your FOB # to your account.
