WLS Password reset

You can use the following tutorial to reset your password If you cannot remember it.

To start the reset process go to https://www.office.com and click sign in in the upper right corner of the page.

Once you click sign in you should get a screen that gives you a window like the one below. Log in using your username (firstname.lastname@wls.edu) 

You can click on the 'Forgot My Password' link.

Once you click on the 'Forgot my password' link, it should take you to the following screen. Enter your WLS user account and enter the characters displayed on your screen.

If you have the authenticator app, you can have a notification sent to your phone. If you cannot access your authenticator app, you can have your authentication settings reset by clicking here.

Or you can go into the authenticator app and use the One-Time password code.  Select the radio button for 'Enter a code from my authenticator app'.

Open the authenticator app and tap on your account. You should see a screen like the one below on your phone.

Enter that code in the box, similar to the screenshot below.
